Trial and renewal

Every new subscription starts with a 14 day free trial, one per account. A card is required up front and is first charged when the trial ends. After that the plan renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Annual subscribers get a reminder email about 30 days before each renewal. Price changes come with at least 30 days notice.

Refunds

Monthly payments are not refunded. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are always at Nyze's discretion, so if something went wrong, write to us. support@nyze.xyz

The full subscription terms are in section 11 of the Terms. Prices are in USD and do not include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.
